Our approach is comprehensive and effective
Your journey begins with a simple step — reaching out to us. In this initial contact, we're eager to hear about your vision and answer any preliminary questions. We’ll send you an online questionnaire, and you’ll let us know about the scope of your project. It's the first step in turning your dream home into a reality.
Following our consultation, we provide a detailed proposal which outlines projected costs and specifications, ensuring transparency and giving you a clear understanding of the investment involved in bringing your project to life. Proposal numbers are based upon our experience with similar projects. Our aim is to turn these back as quickly as possible -- just to see if you'd like to move forward.
A small deposit signifies your desire to move forward. We then begin work on a comprehensive Infinity Built estimate, which is more than just numbers; it’s a roadmap for your project. We take into account every aspect of the build, from materials to labor. Scope and prices are verified with sub-contractor site visits, ensuring you have a realistic and detailed financial outline of the entire process.
Upon acceptance of your Infinity Built Estimate, a construction contract with detailed payment scheduled will be prepared. Once signed, we’ll begin the design and permitting process and create a detailed schedule for all aspects of the project. A work start date will be identified to coincide with a projected date for permit approval and the completion of the pre-construction process.
At the start of the build, paperwork gives way to to craftsmanship and artistry, as your vision starts to take shape. Our skilled team works diligently to manage the construction process, adhering to the highest standards of quality and transparent communication. Regular updates keep you informed and involved as your project materializes.
